Do I need to be in one of these counties?
Not strictly. These are the areas Kathryn knows well and works in regularly. If you are outside them, say so on the first call and she will tell you honestly whether she is the right fit.
Do you ever meet in person?
Occasionally, for clients close to Mabank, when something genuinely warrants it. Almost nothing about a monthly cycle does, which is why the practice is built remotely.
How does remote bookkeeping actually work?
Bank feeds bring the transactions in automatically, receipts and statements go to a shared folder you can reach from a phone, reporting arrives on a fixed schedule, and you can book a call about the numbers whenever you want one.
