Most businesses are carrying costs nobody has looked at in two years. This is a structured review of where the money goes and a written plan for what to cut first.

Covers

Twelve months of spend, line by line

You get

A written plan, ranked by value

What we do

What This Covers

Not a blanket instruction to spend less. A review of each line against what it actually returns.

A line-by-line read of current spend, grouped so you can see the pattern rather than the noise

Subscriptions and recurring charges checked against what the business genuinely uses

Vendor and supplier costs compared against what the work actually requires

Duplicate tools, lapsed services and forgotten auto-renewals identified

A written plan ranking what to cut, in what order, and what each change is worth

A follow-up review so the savings do not quietly reappear

Good fit if

Revenue is up but nothing is left at the end of the month

Nobody has reviewed the recurring charges in over a year

You suspect you are paying for things you no longer use

You want cuts that do not damage how the business runs

Our Approach

How It Works

Step 1

Free consultation

A short call to understand the business and roughly where the money is going.

Step 2

Pull the detail

Twelve months of spend assembled from the books and statements, grouped into categories that make sense for your trade.

Step 3

The review

Each line examined against what it returns, with the questions only an owner can answer put to you directly.

Step 4

The plan

A written plan ranking the cuts by value and risk, and a date to check that they held.

Where we work

Available Across East Texas, Dallas and Orange County

The practice is remote, so the county you are in decides very little. These are the areas Kathryn works in most.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Will this mean cutting staff?

That is your decision, not a starting assumption. The review looks at every cost, and in most businesses the recoverable money sits in subscriptions, vendor terms and duplicated tools long before it sits in payroll.

Do I need you doing my bookkeeping as well?

No. The review works from whatever records exist. That said, if the books are badly out of date the review takes longer, because the first job is working out what the numbers actually are.

How much can I expect to save?

Kathryn will not quote you a figure before looking at your spend, and you should be careful of anyone who does. The first call is free and will tell you quickly whether there is enough on the table to be worth the work.
